At Best VIP Villas, we understand that travel plans may change. Our policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring the highest standards of service and property care.

1. Reservation Grace Period

• Guests may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, provided the scheduled check-in date is at least 30 days away.

2. Standard Cancellation Schedule (for cancellations after 30 days from check-in date)

• 30+ days prior to check-in → 80% refund of total booking amount.

• 15–29 days prior to check-in → 50% refund of total booking amount.

• 14 days or fewer prior to check-in → No cash refund; a credit for the full amount will be issued, valid for 12 months toward any Best VIP Villas property.

3. Premium Flexibility Option

• Guests may purchase the Premium Flexibility upgrade at the time of booking for 7% of the total rate.

• Premium Flex allows 100% refund up to 7 days before arrival.

4. Unforeseen Events

• In the rare event that a stay cannot be honored due to natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or property damage, guests will be offered their choice of:

  • Full refund, or

  • Full credit toward a future stay (no expiration date).

5. How to Cancel

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through our booking portal.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

6. Concierge Rebooking Service

• If a last-minute change is unavoidable, our concierge team will work with you to secure an alternative date or property, often at minimal extra cost.
